Both Diamond and Sapphire Memberships are only available by Invitation (bestowed by the Ancient Dragons), by Request (you can request them in the #request-diamond-sapphire channel in our discord), or on the resale market on Opensea

Gold Memberships are available directly from their collection on Opensea
